 Hey, Moz suckers. This is Andy Crestodina from Orbit Media Studios then in Chicago, and I want to explain commodity that I love veritably important and that's kind of a familiar theme if you've been following the Moz content. It's about the relationship between people, connections, and SEO issues. Specifically I want to talk about how influencer marketing can drive SEO and authority. 

There is a lot of approaches to erecting links and erecting authority. Cold outreach, can we please stop doing that? This is what my inbox looks like. It's a mess. Yeah, okay, so let's just break that and try commodity different. 

  Link barters? Intriguing. It does not feel like we are adding a lot of value to the world, but okay, perhaps. 

 Guest blogging, a lot of work for a little outgrowth. Depending on the followership, it could have lots of other benefits. So not inescapably a addict. I am still a guest blogger, have been ever. 

  But link magnet, how does that work? Is it possible to do commodity in marketing that will spontaneously lead to like new links from high authority spots on a regular base? There is. It's possible. It happens all the time. It's commodity that we do then. In fact, it's our main approach to growing authority.

 So I am going to break it all down starting with the outgrowth. Starting with the lead, demand. This is the thing. That is the point of digital marketing, right, is to make a ground from a business source to your thank you runner. That is what we are all doing then, right? 

.  So to do that you need two effects. What are they? Business and a conversion rate. Business times conversion rate equals demand. Conversion rate, that means having a web runner that's conclusive, it's compelling, it's filled with social evidence, it's addressing expostulations, it's answering questions. It has clear, specific calls to action. That times the number of good callers to that runner equals success. 

 So business, where does business come from? Well, there is a lot of sources of business. I am a digital marketer that uses further than just search. We will set those away for now. But search business, how does that be? That is driven from ranking for applicable, marketable intent crucial expressions. What are those? That happens when you have two main effects, two main hunt ranking factors, which are principally authority and applicability, as in links and keyword concentrated content. So now we are going to set aside applicability. 

  I am going ask one of the most important questions in all of digital marketing, which is,"Why do people link to effects? Why does that be? How do we make that be organically on a regular base all the time?"That is what I want to address then, and I am going to do it by combining two different effects — influencers and content, connections with people who produce content and thus produce links and also link good content, content that is good of that citation, content that ends up in their bibliography, content that's commodity that when people see it they say,"Wow, this is supporting commodity that I am working on. Thus, if I link to this, it'll make the thing I am making further believable." Else, without your content, what they are making is just going to be kind of unsubstantiated. So we want to make content and we want to combine that with influencers. Let's break that down. 

 What attracts links? 

 What kind of content attracts links? There is play of exploration on this, much of it conducted by Moz, which comes down to two main effects — original exploration and strong opinion. That is principally it. When you put those together, you have the main constituents for legal study leadership. We hold high norms for that marker. 

But original exploration literally supports what they are creating. Thus, by making it, you're giving people ways to add substantiation to the effects that they are creating. So new, original data points, kind of sound mouthfuls, kind of new statistics for the world. 

  Unnaturally, there are two kinds of content programs — content programs that produce new, original data and everybodyelse.However, I would presumably look at that first and say,"Is there anything for which this website is the primary source?" Veritably different, If I was doing a content inspection for a brand. It feels different. It feels different when you make it. It feels different when they read it. It feels different when they come across it latterly and they suppose they might publish it, commodity that references it. 

Who creates links? 

 So who are they? Who creates links? Who are the content marketers or who are the people on the internet? It's occasionally called the 1 rule. Ninety-nine percent of people consume content. They are sort of sneakers. They are just consumers of content. The 1 of us actually make stuff. They press that Record button or they type and they hit the Publish button. They're bloggers, obviously, editors, easily, intelligencers, experimenters, podcasters, indeed event directors. All these people make stuff, thus they are adding new content, new URLs to the internet, and when they do, they frequently look for effects to support their assertions, in other words original exploration. Or they are responding to someone who planted a flag out there and adding their voice to some strong opinion that was put out. 

  Influencer marketing 

 So Principally these are the two crucial constituents. That is really all you need. This is how it really happens. Original exploration combined with connections with people who produce content and links on the internet. So let's go a little deeper on that and I want to talk about specifically how to make that be and what it looks like.
